Reflecting on AS course

My first blog post will discuss the work that I completed for my AS course and the way in which I applied many new techniques to my media production as well to my blog through a variety of presentation software. As well as this, I will mention the changes that I would make during my A2 course based on factors that I found limited the production during my AS course. Lastly, I will analyse my progress between my preliminary task and A2 course based on the following aspects; creativity, post-production, digital technology, real media conventions and research & planning.

From reflecting on the AS course I have produced a list of things that I will ensure to apply to the A2 course:

  1.  Create an organised schedule and complete things appropriately
  2. Do not leave editing to the last minute
  3. Ensure that filming is scheduled for extra days in case filming does not     initially go to plan
  4. Distribute tasks equally among the group
  5. Make use of more advanced software when blogging
  6. Focus more on lighting when creating our trailer
  7. Create a well thought out plot well in advance of the production of our trailer
  8. Obtain audience feedback as soon as possible so as to have sufficient time to make changes
  9. Create a more dynamic, interesting blog
  10. Compromise on each other's ideas more
